Bu site dükkânımızı tanıtmak için vardır. Sizden bilgi toplamak için tasarlanmadı: üyelik, form, bülten, analitik ya da reklam yoktur. Aşağıda siteyi kullanırken gerçekte neler olduğunu sade bir dille anlatıyoruz.

• Ziyaretçi ölçümü (analitik), reklam ve izleme pikseli kullanmıyoruz.

3. Siteyi kullanırken neler olur?

Sayfayı açtığınızda

Her internet sitesinde olduğu gibi, tarayıcınız sayfayı isterken IP adresinizi, tarayıcı ve cihaz bilginizi, isteğin zamanını ve hangi sayfayı istediğinizi sunucuya iletir. Bu kayıtlar sitenin barındırıldığı, sunucuları Türkiye'de olan sağlayıcıda tutulur ve sitenin size ulaştırılması ile güvenliği için kullanılır. Biz bu kayıtlardan ziyaretçi profili çıkarmayız.

Dil ve bildirim tercihiniz

Haritayı açarsanız

Harita kendiliğinden yüklenmez. "Haritayı göster" düğmesine basarsanız Google Haritalar yüklenir; Google IP adresinizi görür ve çerez yerleştirebilir. Basmazsanız Google'a hiçbir bilgi gitmez.

Fiyatlar

Sitede gösterilen alış ve satış fiyatları dükkânımızın kendi fiyatlarıdır ve bilgi amaçlıdır. Fiyatların gösterilmesi sırasında sizinle ilgili hiçbir veri işlenmez.

4. Güvenlik

Site şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS) üzerinden yayınlanır. Yazı tipleri, simgeler ve betikler sitenin kendi sunucusundan yüklenir; bu sayede sayfayı açmanız başka şirketlere bildirilmez. Size ait mesajlara yalnızca dükkânda bu işle ilgilenen kişiler erişir.

5. Diğer sitelere bağlantılar

Sitedeki WhatsApp ve Google Haritalar bağlantıları sizi başka şirketlerin hizmetlerine götürür. O hizmetlerde kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir ve onların uygulamalarından biz sorumlu değiliz.

6. Haklarınız

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu size verilerinizle ilgili bilgi alma, düzeltme ve silme isteme gibi haklar tanır. Bu hakların tam listesi, saklama süreleri, yurt dışına aktarım ve başvuru yolu KVKK Aydınlatma Metni'nde anlatılır. Kısaca: yazılı talebinizi yukarıdaki adresimize iletebilirsiniz; en geç 30 gün içinde cevap veririz.

7. Değişiklikler

Sitenin işleyişi değişirse bu sayfayı güncelleriz ve başındaki tarihi değiştiririz. Önemli bir değişiklik olursa ana sayfada da duyururuz.

This site exists to present our shop. It was not designed to collect information about you: there are no accounts, forms, newsletters, analytics or advertising. Below we explain in plain words what actually happens when you use it. If the two versions differ, the Turkish text prevails.

Şah Kuyumculuk is a shop in Niğde, Türkiye, that buys and sells gold and jewellery. The company that runs the site and is responsible for your personal data is Şah Güver Kuyumculuk San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.

2. What we do not do on this site

• We do not sell online and never ask for payment or card details.
• There are no accounts, contact forms or newsletter sign-ups; there is no field where you would type your name or e-mail address.
• We use no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels.
• We set no cookies that follow you from site to site.
• We do not sell or rent your data, or share it with anyone for advertising.

3. What happens when you use the site?

When you open a page

As with every website, when your browser asks for a page it sends the server your IP address, your browser and device details, the time of the request and which page you asked for. These records are kept by the provider that hosts the site, whose servers are in Türkiye and are used to deliver the site to you and keep it secure. We do not build visitor profiles from them.

Your language and notice preference

If you change the language or close the cookie notice, that choice is stored only on your own device, in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to any server. The Cookie Policy explains how to delete it.

If you message us on WhatsApp or call us

These links take you away from the site, and you reach us through WhatsApp or by telephone. We use your number and what you write only to answer you, give price information and handle your request. WhatsApp also processes data under its own terms.

If you open the map

The map does not load by itself. If you press "Show map", Google Maps is loaded; Google sees your IP address and may set cookies. If you do not press it, nothing is sent to Google.

Prices

The buying and selling prices shown on the site are our shop's own prices and are for information. No data about you is processed in order to show them.

4. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Fonts, icons and scripts are loaded from the site's own server, so opening a page is not reported to other companies. Your messages are seen only by the people in the shop who deal with them.

5. Links to other sites

The WhatsApp and Google Maps links take you to services run by other companies. Their own privacy policies apply there, and we are not responsible for their practices.

6. Your rights

Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data gives you rights such as being informed about your data and asking for it to be corrected or deleted. The full list of rights, retention periods, transfers abroad and how to apply are set out in the Data Protection Notice. In short: you can send a written request to the address above, and we will answer within 30 days at the latest.

7. Changes

If the way the site works changes, we update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant we also announce it on the home page.
